AdverseOutcomePathway

https://ontology.toxindex.com/v1/AdverseOutcomePathway AOP

A sequence of causally linked key events, beginning with a molecular initiating event and ending in an adverse outcome relevant to risk assessment. Key events and their relationships are shared across pathways; a pathway names the ones it assembles and the roles they play in it, so overlapping pathways form a network.
