What a license permits. A license imposing several conditions takes the most restrictive: no_derivatives, then non_commercial, then share_alike, then attribution.

Permissible Values

Value	Description
`attribution`	Reuse, including commercial reuse, with credit to the source, such as CC BY or a permissive open government licence.
`custom`	Publisher-specific terms that fit none of the other categories and must be read to know what they permit.
`no_derivatives`	Redistribution only without modification, such as CC BY-ND.
`non_commercial`	Reuse only for non-commercial purposes, such as CC BY-NC.
`public_domain`	No conditions: dedicated to or in the public domain, such as CC0 or a work of a government that claims no copyright.
`share_alike`	Reuse with credit, provided derived works carry the same license, such as CC BY-SA or ODbL.
